Alien eyes problem :(

I have a bit of an issue with my aliens. Basically, their default eyes do not work properly. Any alien I make in Body shop only show the eye swatch that comes with the face texture. Any new alien born in my game only shows that swatch as well. The default eyes, either Maxis or custom, do not show up. They do on premades but will switch if I change their appearance. I'd appreciate any help on this issue. I'm not keen on reinstalling everything though. >.<

I think this started happening after I was testing out some Multi PTs, Fwiffo's to be specific. I've decided to try to make my own PTs so removed Fwiffo's PTs completely so I don't know if this screwed up my aliens D=. Removing my download folder, except the hacks and custom eyes doesn't seem to be helping the problem, custom default eyes still won't show up properly. Removing the hacks also doesn't help.

I should also add that the alien eye hacks have worked before.

Defaults that are installed currently are Leh's Maxis Match skintones and Rensim's Mayday eyes defaulted by Wynnyx.
