I really like this whole cooking/baking shenanigans. Yesterday, I stuffed chicken breasts with cheese and rolled them in egg, then in an Italian breadcrumb/Parmesan/sea salt/pepper mixture. I cooked them in the skillet on low, and they were so good that Minerva was begging for pieces of chicken. That cat is NEVER interested in table food. EVER. ( Read more... )
