All things seemed to turn out quite tasty. The vanilla twists were just the leftover puff pastry dipped in butter and showered in vanilla sugar. We altered the salmon recipe a good bit. We replaced half the sour cream with cream cheese and added orange zest, minced mint and maple flavored food product. We also added the juice of an orange to the poaching wine.
