I'm brewing up some chili like
6 Ancho Chiles
4 Guajillo Chiles
3 Chipotle Chiles
2 pounds ground turkey (93/7)
1.3 pounds ground pork
2 medium yellow onions, chopped
2 TB garlic
1 TB ground cumin
1 TB oregano
1 cup tomato sauce
4 cups beef broth
3.8 ounces sliced black olives
0.75 cups pearled barley
2 Bay Leaves
Cover chiles with boiling water until soft. Remove seeds and stems and puree with soaking water.
Brown meat, then add onions and garlic and cook about 10 minutes.
Toss everything in slow cooker and cook for an approriate amount of time.
Hopefully it will turn out...
