We started secondary fermentation on the cider tonight. We racked it out of the bucket and into the carboy i found at the junk store. The specific gravity is now 1.022. So, theoretically it should be about 5% alcohol now. It tasted kind of like hard cider, but still pretty sweet. I think it will still take a good while to ferment to dryness...
Also, over the weekend we went to a curry party of deliciousness at Pam's place and Mandie and Sam's super bowel party and the knife and gun show... Wee...
