So i started making cider last night...
Ingredients:
5 gallons of Zeigler's Old Fashioned Apple Cider
6?oz of raspberries heated to 170degrees for 8 minutes in cider
5~ cups of sugar
1 packet of champagne yeast
1 packet of scary C-Brite brand kill ya dead sanitizer
The specific gravity was about 1.065 giving a potential ABV of about 8.5%.
Hopefully it will come out ok.
