Do you think it's possible to have a bestfriend of the opposite sex, be JUST your bestfriend?
I used to have a male as a bestfriend in 8th-10th grade and I remember him always having a crush on me but the feeling was never mutual for me (well except once, but liking him only lasted like 2 days or so). But I don't know, we were always just bestfriends.
But now my current bestfriend (besides Randi) is a male, and everyone's all "You guys will end up together sooner or later." I just can't see that happening. But everyone's all insisting apon it. Like no one can understand that we're only going to be just bestfriends, ya know?
So what do you guys think? Do you think people of different genders can be just bestfriends? Or do you think it will always develope into something more?
