so, results are up over at naruto_lims. and I? have been eliminated.
can't really say I'm surprised, 'cause I don't really like the icon I made this week (the first one on the list of eliminated icons, which was actually #1 on the first table if you're curious about the critiques I got); it was very rushed, 'cause I was having a small panic attack "OHGODOHGODOHGOD I HAVE TO GET THIS DONE BY AN HOUR EARLY ENOUGH TO NOT BOTHER MY NEIGHBORS WHEN I BORROW THEIR INTERNET", so yeah. definitely not my best work. I have to agree with the critiques about the coloring. *shrug*
ah, well. I made it to week seven, which is pretty damned good. XD
ANYHOO.
by 10 o'clock last night, rosie and I had finished the ENTIRE first season of Supernatural. omg. uhm...just...just...laksjfaslkdlkajdflkjsafkjdsaf dflajsfdlsaf. show is AMAZING. after we finished it (and GOD, it's a good thing we came in as late as we did, because we've seen the episode immediately following the last episode of the season, which ended with the Winchester family BEING HIT BY A FUCKING TRACTOR TRAILOR TRUCK. YEAH.) we went back and watched all the special features.
GOD, the bloopers were awesome. XDDD totally, totally awesome. like whoa. we were laughing so hard we had to go back about five times to hear new things we'd missed 'cause we couldn't hear them over the laughter. then we watched commentary of "Phantom Traveler" (episode 4). we are sad and pathetic and remember most of it.
so TODAY, I am in a really good mood. still.
we spent most of this morning (until about 2:30 this afternoon, admittedly because we slept until after 10) going through the mess of clothing in our room (on the floors and in the dressers and shelves) and throwing stuff we didn't like anymore into big bags to be taken to the local Salvation Army or something. it was annoying, but kind of fun at the same time, because there was clothing in there I haven't worn since like...eighth grade. OMG, some of it was so ugly. XDDDDD I couldn't believe it had been in STYLE. anyhoo. so I have now found more than three pairs of pants I'll actually wear, and am wearing a pair I haven't seen since like...march or something. I'd forgotten how good they looked on me. XDDD;
after that, princess came over and we watched the first episode of Supernatural. josh got here about ten minutes into episode 2, and we'd been planning to go out driving and look at christmas lights, but it wasn't dark yet so we explained to him what had happened so far and then finished episode 2. (hot damn, those wendigos are fucking creepy. *shudder*) then we went out and drove around and goofed off and didn't get back until about 8:30-ish. we then watched episodes 3-4 and ate dinner with los parents-o before the two of them left to go home.
and them I came back onto my lovely computer and finished reading my most favoritest wincest fic EVAR. *nodnod* mucho fun-o, why yes it is.
