A Deceptively Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again
I have to go up to Deception Pass this morning. Western places (like Eastern places, or any places) have funny names: Deception Pass, Point No Point, etc. You will remember the Deception Pass bridge from such films as "The Ring." You know, the part where she goes over that really huge bridge and there's a helicopter shot of it? It's cinematic. Only today, I am not going to cross the bridge for a movie, I'm going to supervise some middle schoolers' windsurfing and kayaking activities in what has been forecasted as rain.
