ONE.OF.THE.BEST.EPISODES.EVER.
:) So, I just watched it and I can't even talk about all of the things I want to talk about because it was so awesome.
The boys as cowboys was just hot. Seriously. And I loved how excited Dean was about it and his poncho/blanket (That kind of reminded me of a Starsky and Hutch episode.)
I thought the story was cool - I was wondering how they were going to do it and it worked for me.
There were so many great one-liners (and also: 'We're looking for a man.' 'I bet.' because that was just awesome!) and there was the Joaquin Phoenix reference which was awesome and I loved the Back to the Future - esque thing at the end with Samuel Colt and the parcel. I wasn't expecting that at all and it was really cool.
Loved the fact that Bobby let Castiel touch his soul without hesitating, not so sure about the Castiel storyline at the moment but I still like him as a character.
Oh, on a quite random note, I loved the title thing on this episode. That was really cool.
Oh, and I loved the scene with all of ther Star Trek references :)
So yeah, I loved it. I'm not going to write up my thoughts about 6x17 because I'm a week too late - I enjoyed it, though :)
