The work transition has been pretty stressful. I need to make more time to stress YOU out! ;)
I just finished my first interview on the other side of the desk. It's interesting to be in the position to hire someone instead of being on the other side of things.
Granted, my boss (formerly my boss's boss) was leading the meeting. But I think it went really well.
