I was in at work at 6am today to train backup on a job. I was actually learning the role from the current back up. This is because hte person who normally does it, is probably the worst teacher ever. she'll talk down to you and doesnt explain things very well. the person who taught me today is the exact opposite. so really, it was worth coming in extra early. i havent decided yet if im going to leave work early at 4 or take the overtime

i do know though that im a bit sleepy and i need to hit to gym, that will help wake me up. I bought apples and tuna this morning around 530ish.
