the end of the month i have a beach house. ive been working out a couple times a week and im slowly seeing results which is fine by me. But i still want to loose like 5-10 lbs. I think for the next couple weeks im going to go on a crash diet. Im oging to just drink water and eat apples and stuff. Not the best thing for me but I dont care. maybe on the weekends Ill eat real food but starting today Im limiting what I can eat to fruit and water
