longest work day ever

I've spent a lot of my day calling to try and get credit memos. Why is it that at least 2/3rds of the people I spoke with didn't seem to know what I was talking about? Credit. We sent you books... you send us credit memo. Cre-dit. Shall I spell that for you? Very exasperating.

I have the feeling tomorrow will be similar; at least we close at 4:30 instead of 6 then.
