House,ghost stories,and whatever else I feel like writing today.
Before I start this entry, I apoligize for not writing any thing new since Monday. I didn't have anything interesting to post until now. I hope you enjoyed my lists and the LOLcat pics in my last 2 entries. I try my best to keep this LJ interesting not only for people who read it but for myself. I might do a separate entry based on my list of the 5 games that will rock '08 with some of the games listed in Jessmo's list of the same name to make the 10 games that will rock '08. We both agree that Silent Hill 5 will rock. I should post that entry soon. I am a gamer and I think '08 will be a great year for gamers like me.
House is a great show starring the talented Hugh Laurie as Dr. Gregory House. It's a medical drama with great writing,a excellent cast,and a wicked cool musical score. This season so far has been a good. At the start of the season, 40 people were trying to fill the 3 spots on House's team that were left open by the departures of Foreman,Chase,and Cameron. House made an interesting series of challenges for the new doctors while they were helping House solve this season's medical mysteries. Chase,Foreman,and Cameron still made appearances in each episode. Wilson also helped House out in which people to eliminate. In the most recent episode, It was down to the final four. They were Cutthroat B*tch ( her real name is amber but that is her nickname),Dr Taub ( a plastic surgeon),Dr. Kutner ( he played Kumar in Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle),and 13 (the number she was assigned by House at the beginning of the season.) in one of the best episodes so far. The case was about a punk rocker with a mysterious condition. The finalist were in a mad dash to solve the case and to get the spots on House's team. At the end of the episode, 13 ( who is better looking than Tara Reid!),Kutner,and Taub made the final cut on House team. The bad news is no new episodes until January. The good news is that you can catch the re-runs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9pm on FOX. It's a good show.
Yesterday, I had an interesting IM chat with Ayumi. We always have excellent IM chats. She mentioned to me that there is a school near where she lives that looks like the school in Silent Hill. Unfortunely, She didn't have her camera with her at the time. When she saw it, It was dark and Foggy at the time. I mentioned to her that there are some spooky spots in the downtown area of Charleston,SC but I couldn't remember any of them. I told her that I will try to find some spooky stories for her. I plan to post them here so Ayumi and all of you can enjoy a nice spooky story or two during the holidays. She also told me about a cool Silent Hill related picture that she will show me at a later time. I will not tell you what it's a picture of but I think any SH fan will like it. The rest of yesterday's chat would only interest me and Ayumi so I will only mention what I posted here.
I changed the look of my LJ to a more festive holiday look. It looks nice in my opinion. I also found some new Silent Hill Origins icons and a couple of new House pics that I am using as Userpics here. I like to use a lot of different icons. The good thing about having a wide variety of icons is that I can use a different icon with each comment I leave at a friend's LJ. For example, Ayumi and a couple of other friends are fans of Silent Hill. I can use one of the many SH icons I have when I post a comment on one of their LJs. It adds a little variety to posting entries or comments.
