I have a new best friend. I foresee myself spending much of my waking (and possibly sleeping??) time with it/him/her (suggestions for a name? I'm considering Robert), although I must admit that this will be a rather short lived relationship. We've barely started, but I just know it. In 2 months (exactly, or even a bit less) Robert will very likely be rotting abandoned in some corner, dispelled from all realms of awareness. Mmhmm. Anyway, before the morbid stuff, meet my new best friend(s?)

Math papers. A lot of them. And there're actually more, but this was the amount that dad quite gleefully plonked onto my desk on monday (second instalment appeared today). I've actually had these (untouched/looked at/approached) on soft copy for quite a while, but when I told dad to help print them out I hadn't really expected them to amount to this much. We're all having quite a kick out of admiring its size. Well.
Exams kill trees.
okay fine, and I have no other choice but to be a massive no-life for the next two months while I slowly work my way through and hopefully manage to pass do well enough in Math as a result.
yuck.
...And I guess I need something big and thick and physical to remind myself that the exams are close the workload is heavy and I need to start concentrating!!!!
Anyway, banana bread yesterday was win! Chocolate goes really well with banana and I love the over-ripe bunches they sell at market closing time, a dollar for a three quarter dozen, perfect for baking! :D And no butter, of course. about one table spoon of olive oil in the whole loaf. How cool is that! :)
