Anyway, it's too bad about the bigbang. I mean, it's not like it's definitive and you have four months anyway, but I'd have really loved to read it. And I actually think that switching fandoms once in a while can be refreshing (at least that's what happened to me lately and it felt actually good). And it's good that you're having fun! I mean, that's what it's all about anyway, or at least a good part of it.
I am still writing my AU genderbending crossover for another fandom, closer to the end but not finished. I have encountered an unfortunate love triangle that was not planned and am now agonizing over how it will conclude. I had a theory as to how to write it out:
I guess I should expand this fic to eight hundred fifteen chapters and throw Maya Amano into the mix, only to kill her off in a tragic shaft accident in chapter three hundred sixteen.
Yeah, I know, that's mean. I'm also not going to do it, but it goes to show that regardless the fandom I'll always have LOST on the brain. When I'm done with this I hope to write the fourth installment of my Ben/Sun series, because Bun needs more love (even though I'm still the only person who writes them, wtf?).
Not doing the luau because I don't do good in those kids of fests. Probably my introversion speaking here. Even on the inernet, I don't like large gatherings of people. /fail
Uuuh, AU genderbending crossover? That's interesting! I'm actually writing mostly another fandom too apart from the luau. Well, actually now I'm not writing because I have friends at home, but that's what I've been doing on general principle. And ha, Ben/Sun? Good luck with that!
Right now I am eating, sleeping and breathing luau - I'm not going to work on anything else until it's over since I'm behind as it is without adding something else into the mix!
Mostly working okay for me, at the moment I think I have at least one idea for each demand, but I can guess how I'll be spending much of my week off work the week after next!
Ha, good program! I'd do more or less the same thing along with an exchange SPN fic and I'll probably start doing it again when my Springsteen concert madness is over.
I am wishing I was writing fic for the Luau but am having a hard time. I wrote one fic so far. I may have to cancel my own Queen day, which is kind of silly since I'm the mod, but oh well. I just am not getting ideas for fic, even for characters or prompts that I like. At this point my Lost likes are pretty far out of sync with most people's and I'm drawing total blanks when I try to come up with ideas for a lot of the prompts. Maybe, I need more detailed prompts to write Lost fic these days, idk. Or maybe I just can't write about Lost anymore. So, yeah, I'm feeling pretty discouraged.
Though I am really enjoying reading Luau fic.
I am on vacation, visiting my dad in my hometown. I wish Sayid was with me because I miss him terribly.

Things are going painfully slowly here writing-wise. I'm working on several snippety things with Ben and Richard and also this bizarre crossover involving Danielle Rousseau and a character from Tim O'Brien's 'The Things They Carried.' I'm working steadily, but can't seem to finish anything. The conclusions are just refusing to cooperate, and it's quite frustrating.
I am on vacation, at the beach of all places. I would like to hang out with Richard right now, and walk around on the beach with him. :D
Richard would be a fun beach companion. You could work on a ship in a bottle together, go for a long moonlit walk to a giant foot statue. Be careful though, when you're not watching, he'll do all he can to secretly undermine you.
Conclusions can be tough. Maybe the type of stories you are conceiving can have an open ending.
