So one of the huge AC units has been moved to the kitchen, and two smaller ones have been purchased. One is for my boss's office, and the other is for the Creative assistant. The smaller ones work much better, imho. I don't know why, they just do.
On the topic: today it is supposed to be 37°C here. Which, for reference, is 98.6°F (I looked up the conversion especially for all my beloved American friends--do you feel the ♥s? And also the cold sting of a near-obsolete measurement system?). For further reference, the previous record for Hottest Day Ever was set in 1966 at 33.5°C.

On a completely different topic: I have $250(CDN) left to pay on my winchestercon essentials. Oh hey, probably less if I go adjust the exchange rate on my handy-dandy spreadsheet (d'oy). Okay, now it's $175(CDN) left (obviously, I haven't adjusted the exchange since February, when I started the damn, yet handy-dandy, thing). Huzzah!
