Little things that tarnish your morning
I have been waiting for days and days worrying about where this delivery is. Dave's birthday present actually. So I go downstairs this morning to find a card from the postie saying 'sorry you were out'. I was not out. I was in. I have been up for hours and my doorbell is really really loud. No one rang it. This is really annoying because now Dave's present is in forest hill.
I looked at the card, which is supposed to tell me where they left it, and it hasn't been filled in. So actually I am just assuming it is in forest hill. It also has a space on the form to tell you how long before you can go pick it up. That hasn't been filled in. So I phoned the delivery office and they reckon it will be there tomorrow. Let's hope they can locate it, since the locator number on the form hasn't been filled in.
