Happy 2010, world! There was no Joey Chestnut at the Saddle Rack last night, but that's okay. I made friends with an SMC alum from 1999, which was awesome. So great to have people to talk WCC Men's Basketball with. Overall, with the reserved table and a free round of drinks (patron shots!) from one of the co-owners of the Saddle Rack, I'd say it was an excellent New Year's Eve.
2010 is off to a klutzy and lazy start. I fell walking up the stairs at the hotel and spilled HOT coffee on myself. Once home, I changed into clean sweats and have been reading on the couch or my bed all day.
