The hope is that if I type up my goals from RA Self-Care, I'll actually make a point to follow through.
Physical Self-Care:
*Go for walk, more off-campus than on-campus.
*Eat less fro-yo.
Psychological Self-Care:
*Sit in total silence for 15 minutes a day and listen to myself.
Emotional Self-Care:
*Read more non-school books-at least one chapter a day.
Spiritual Self-Care:
*Make a point to attend mass each week.
Academic Self-Care:
*Make notes of what I don't understand in my reading and ask more questions.
Workplace Self-Care:
*Make my office a happier space.
General Self-Care:
*Settle into my apartment and make it my home.
We'll see how this goes...
