So,
Matt Hardy is a longtime professional wrestler with the WWE whose career and popularity have been on the decline lately. Although the exact details aren't clear he has been sent home from a house show (there are non-televised wrestling events from companies that also show a product on TV) once. He's said on his twitter account that he's hoping to be released from WWE soon, has teased jumping ship to rival wrestling promotion TNA, and has been removed from several upcoming WWE appearances. In the meantime he's been releasing lots of videos on youtubem and here's his most recent:

Holy shit, for real, Hardy? That rambling monologue makes zero sense to anyone who actually understands what DID is. It’s a lazy way to go for a “bizarre” or “outlandish” gimmick without even taking time to understand the diagnosis being thrown around. For me, it reads as a shorthand “hahaha this mental illness is so strange and unpredictable just like me because I am a rebel and wild and unpredictable isn't that edgy?”
What is irritating me most about using DID as a gimmick is the ignorance about
what DID is, which is a coping survival mechanism from severe and/or prolonged trauma and abuse.
I actually know someone with DID and she kept very quiet about it because of the stigma and jokes about multiple personalities and the like... and she, like most people with DID, have DID as a result of horrific histories of sexual or abuse. So, yeah, Hardy, that's a really shitty thing to use while you're attempting to further your career. Screw you, you just lost a fan.
