Best laid plans

I don't know why I haven't posted this yet, but my laptop came back on Monday, safe and sound, and without any problems.

Well, I had a nice little plan for today: go to the post office and mail my package, go to the Brass Mill Center mall and get my driver's license, and then finally go see Hoodwinked (since there's a movie theater in the mall). Well, to start off with, I was about 45 minutes late getting out (my own fault), but it was OK, since I had allotted more time than I really needed for both the post office and driver's license. Both of those went off without a hitch, and a still had a half hour before the movie started. I was headed to Waldenbooks, but I was barely halfway there when the signal lights started flash and the mall annouced that there was an emergency, and everyone had to evacuate the building! Rather than wait to see whether it turned out to be something or nothing, I just went home. But I got back in time to go out to lunch with Mom and Grammie, so that was something.
Also, the Fushigiboshi no Futago manga came today, so I no longer have any wrath at mingyi for getting it first.
