I finally cooked the 10 pounds of ribs that have been sitting in the freezer for ages. Probably the best batch yet. I chalk it up to adding teriyaki sauce and ginger this time around.
The whole meal was set back a half hour though, since Mom insisted on getting the foil pans from Costco, even though I had to go to the store anyway.
