Meqqa broke up.
My first true musical inspiration.
They were different.
They were unique.
You had to search HARD to find a sound like theirs.
My sound when I'm creating is half-inspired by them.
Ben Kenney, Ashley Mendel, and Dwele split the other 50%
So MEQQA was the major force of my inspiration.
Outside of the music, they remained local.
