This is a perfect supplement to what I was saying the other day about copyright laws:
"The RIAA's brief makes the novel contention... that making personal copies of songs from one's CD onto one's computer is an infringement [of copyright]."
What's ridiculous here is that it speficically mentions "personal copies" - not ones being shared, but people taking the files off a CD they purchased to put on their hard drive/media player.
