so, yes, jo and ellen and tears. lots of tears because jo was logical and ellen was logical and it was, it really was the only option. damn. i liked ellen.
dean calling bobby hurt too, but mostly it was ellen's calm. that shattered me.
but there was so much joy in this episode. castiel using meg as a fire blanket was genius. every single thing mark pellegrino made me adore/want to destroy his lucifer, the sarcasm and pathos and above all, the disdain. i love his disdain.
most of all, mark sheppard, and i'm sorry but everyone seems to be missing a very important thing about crowley and that is the fact he is stolen from good omens, the brilliant apocalypse coming of age comedy by neil gaiman and terry pratchett. crowley is a sharp dressed, smooth talking demon who quite likes all the cool stuff they have on earth, like alcohol and cars.
kripke, this is not the first time you've snagged something from gaiman. i congratulate you on your taste and say good one getting mark sheppard in and making him kind of totally gay? AWESOME. (good omens crowley was totally gay, so kripke's respecting the source material.)
yup. two interesting characters died in a heartwrenching way and i'm going on about the gay demon who yells at sam and dean.
s'how i roll.
