White Collar makes me want waistcoats.

For the record, I am furious with what they're doing to Natalie Morales. I liked Diane. She was cute and believable and awesome, and she's gone for no good reason. And I liked Natalie Morales, I've seen her act, I know she can act. She looks pretty in most things. But arararargg everytime she has to 'flirt' with Matthew Bomer (who, btw, only almost as pretty as he thinks he is) I want to claw my eyes out. Everything she does falls flat! I can't even remember the character's name, she makes that little impression on me. Curse you writers! Why do you have to make an actress I quite like the worst part of a show I quite like?

And I do quite like it! I love Moz and his Ginsberg-quoting nerd charm. Though NealandWhatsername hurts my brain, NealandPeter are awesome! Peter by himself is awesome! As much as Matthew Bomer is not quite as gorgeous as he tries to be, the character is cute and his wardrobe is BRILLIANT. Zack's girlfriend as the attractive clever wife is laying down some fairly believable characteristics and oh, god, so much OT3. SO MUCH. Which is what happens with piles of HoYay meets a happy marraige, but I really like these characters and I really like OT3s and conmen are simply made of win. Thus, recs.

This was written just after the pilot, but is remarkably well thought out. It actually deals with a bunch of real life stuff, consequences and moments.

Peter doesn’t know why the ache’s back in his chest. He’s pretty sure Elizabeth could tell him but he doesn’t ask, just like she knows he won’t.

Peter likes to figure things out for himself.

This is less dealing with stuff and more YAYFLIRTING, but still manages to be pretty much perfectly in character. Which, watching the show, not a stretch.

It's hilarious to Neal how Peter always assumes that Neal sleeps with every single person he flirts with. Other than the fact that Peter should remember how they both have this terrible habit of loving the chase more than the follow-through, he should also realize that if his theory were true, Neal would have to be sleeping with Peter for more consecutive hours than there are in the day.

Neal tried to explain this to Peter once, but he just answered, "Yeah, but I'm a guy," which made Neal want to slap him in the head with the 21st century.

Also, I might be trying to write some of this myself. Um. Beta?

Also also, I just caught up with Glee and I might have been crying at every single thing Kurt and his father did for each other. And in addition to shipping Puck/Rachel, I somehow miraculously ship Emma/Sue. IDEK.

beta?, white collar, glee, recs
