She can tell as much as you think she'd be able to about River. Which, as far as Other-ness goes, is that she's a reader.

Cian here is a vampire, and Sunshine has full permission to be able to sense his vampireyness.

Castiel (deperditio) is an angel. But not right now, since he's glitched human. Same goes, though; she can sense that something's off.

Ohhh, also, Toby (notcursed) is human, but he's telepathic. I dunno how that'd factor in.

As far as Toby goes...she might notice if he's picking up her thoughts, but she wouldn't be able to sense anything before then. And even then, he'd have to be...listening rather actively?...for her to notice.

Dawn [tothelibrary] is technically human, but has the weirdest creation story this side of the Greek myths, and she's... a now-assumed to be defunct Key. She might feel green and glowy. However that feels, hee.

Faith [thesecondslayer] is a Slayer, so she's human with a teensy bit of demon in her, I guess.
