Boy, I really do not agree with that score on "conscientiousness"---or, perhaps, I wish it were not true. The "neuroticism" bit is just about right on the mark, though. Oh, and I think my "extraversion" is a good deal better than this indicates.
But, the reason I dislike this sort of survey is that the range of available answers leads to inaccuracies. Do I approach people I do not know? Sometimes I do, yes. For example, I asked a gentleman today about the Brian Lumley book he was reading, and this engendered a 2 hour conversation. On the other hand, do I talk to a lot of different people at parties? Well, I suppose that depends on the party. In some cases that I can distinctly recall, I was so uncomfortable at parties I sat in one place and waited for the first opportunity to leave. Other times, I spoke to a lot of people. So many of these questions, and the answers to them, are tied to particular situations. Perhaps, more than anything, that just indicates how moody I am. From one day to the next, one never knows how I might respond. Maybe I'm just crazy.
