Greyhounds have very low body fat (approx 2%) compared to other breeds of dogs.
That along with a thin fur coat means they need to wear a coat outside in cold weather.
A general rule is that if a greyhound owner needs to wear a coat, then so does their dog!

It's Fall yet I'm still wearing shorts & sandals when walking the dog. And the cicadas are buzzing like it's mid-July. But I will gladly take it as soon enough it will be time to layer up against the cold!
