It's like Shrodinger's tumor, I have both the tumor and not until I get the results

Oh my graduation party. It went well. Thanks everyone for coming. And thanks also for dealing with Lenore. Ah Lenore. My dad’s crazy cousin. And I really mean it with the crazy part. For those of you who weren’t there to deal with Lenore, let me give you a little run down. First, she tried to fight my sister who was kidding when she asked Lenore about eating the smores chocolate. And Lenore asked her if she wanted to take it out side. And she said she had a knife.

So then she harasses Steve saying “Mazeltov!” (or however you spell that) and shakes his hand and smacks him on the back and gives him crap about how he wants to be the first Jewish Pope or Dali Lama.

Then she actually takes out said knife and waves it around. And she tells my friends, who are still at my house at 10:30 at night (Steve, Alex, Ken, and my cousin Rachel ) that this pocket knife is the legal limit you can carry without needing a concealed weapons permit. And also that it can puncture bullet proof vests. Way to go. Mmmmhmm. And she asks my sister and I which of us is the ‘bad girl’ of the family, and Steven, perhaps not fully realizing what he’s doing says that neither of us are particularly bad, but that “Sarah’s the evil one.” And so I turn to Steven and say jokingly “That right, I like to kick homeless people.” They laugh, but Lenore, oh crazy Lenore, she took it seriously and began to tell us about how she wants to stab the homeless people in Royal Oak, and about how they all should be killed. And also she told us about how she wants to hit pedestrians with her car when she drives. She thinks that’s funny. Dear Christ.

So then of course I had to deal with her again at our fabulous family function. Yes sir. Grandparents 50th anniversary. All of my out of state relatives in one place. It was kinda cool actually.

In other news, I probably have to go to physical therapy for my back. Yep. I had Xrays on my back because I’ve been having back pain for a long time in the morning but lately its been getting worse and lasting all day, not just when I wake up. And the Xrays showed nothing, so high-ho for physical therapy.

And in other other news, I may have a non malignant tumor. Yep. In my adrenal glands. If you know me well, you will know that I get those strange anxiety attacks which have absolutely nothing to do with any anxiety or worry at all. Like… “la la la Chopin piece playing on the stereo… something something, what is this terrible feeling of gut turning fear I’m having?” Anyway, it’s adrenaline getting released into my system for no apparent reason, but my doctor thinks it could be a tumor. But I don’t know yet because THEY LOST MY TEST RESULTS! Yes… I’m lost in the system. Good. Always comforting to know.

In still other news, (feel comfort, last piece of news) I ordered my 15 inch powerbook. Yay for getting the most expensive and rip-roaring extra ram and bigger hard drive screaming fast sexy little computer. And the free ipod mini with every Mac didn’t hurt either. But I just paid the extra 90 bollars and upgraded to the 20 gig ipod from the ipod mini. They let you do that. 90 dollars for an ipod. Good game. And the good part is, they get to my house no later than Monday! Joy of joys. I revel in my new technological sexyness. That’s my life lately.
