1. When you're doing a lot of thinking, carbohydrates are important. Doesn't necessarily have to be a donut.. but donuts are good too! 2. You don't need coffee if you get a good night's rest. I didn't set my alarm properly so I didn't wake up. Slept at 2 AM. Woke up at about 6 AM except that I was supposed to wake up at 530 so I probably will just attend cycling tonight. I attended yoga yesterday and am now reporting an increased sensitivity to sound and light. How peculiar is that? Life should have sound control or a remote, at least,

Just woke up. I'm leaving in a few minutes. I set up my mobile LJ so I might be posting later--wherever I am by then. Sleep was great. Will be forcing myself to churn out five articles today. Yup, I'm an article-churner. That's what I am.
