August 18 - On Tuesday I was grateful for my friend S.  She consistently makes me laugh and not take life so seriously.  She has been beaten down a lot in her life and always pops back up smiling.  She is an inspiration.

Ok, not sure this totally counts but the latest (earliest?) I have been up recently was 3:30am.  Hey, I'm old!!!  I just can't pull the all-nighters like I used to.  But...I WAS partying!  Drinking beer around a fire with some wonderful friends.
