Don't know if I'm a quitter or not.
So, what's the deal with the whole "Quit Facebook Day" thingie? I admit that I'm probably being naïve here, and I understand that people have concerns about their privacy and sharing of information on Facebook (maybe people need to be reminded that it is called a 'social' networking site), but is it legit? And is there a decent alternative to Facebook out there that people have and will be using?
Anybody here quitting Facebook? Why or why not? And perhaps most importantly: why do people think that the Internet is private? Wherever you surf, you leave a data trail, both on your computer and at whatever sites you visit. Thanks.
