Song ID help?

A five-second clip of one song's been stuck in my head all day. I heard the main beat on some windchimes while walking the dogs, and (Despite spending the past hour Googling every variation on "90's one hit wonder") I can think of... I got no clue

There are iTunes, iPhone, and gPhone apps for that. ;-P

Those apps all seem to assume I have a recording of the five-second clip, instead of just humming or whistling it.
