The Rise of the Computer State

Finished: Rise of the Computer State, by David Burnham.
Quite the book. Excellent reading to Off the Hook episodes from the early 90's/late 80's. In fact, I think that's where I initially got the inspiration to read it. Anyway
Actually, screw the book listen to the early off the hook episodes. If you really like the early episodes, read the book while listening to some of the not quite so early ones(you have lots of time to do it, it's only 250ish pages, easily a few months of off the hook!)

CS230 Assignment 3: Not too badly done. I'm not posting the code (it's uninteresting), but it's the first CS assignment in at least a year that I've felt confident that my coding was up to snuff. It had "no bugs." It wasn't all that complex, but then again, it was just sort of whittled into an elegant simplicity that I should probably aspire to sometimes anyway. Of course with my luck it'll be like 'bad variable names, F FOR FAIL', but I really think that I did OK.

Went and talked to the Carillon about the Sheaf. They seemed interested, but I doubt anything will come of it. At least I tried.
