i also got a flower.

the petals were all picked off and the stem was turning brown, but i loved it anyway.

the petals ended up in valerie’s nose somehow.

my great grandmother fell at the dinner table tonight.
the ambulance came and went.

my hands are still shaking.

respite from suburbia is much needed.
now i'm under the much accepted illusion that i have things under control.
