Finally the damn internet connection finally came back.  Gotta love Charter and the apparent constant problem of fibre cuts.  I called them around 4pm today and I talked to some customer service representative.  She said there was an outage, but when I called back, the problem apparently hadn't been reported until 6:55pm.  Oh well, at least it's
