Hee! This was so fantastic. A lot of people said they didn't guess that Rose's warning was Bad Wolf but that was immediately where my head went. Because BAD WOLF! Dude! The Bad Wolf thread in s1 was a big part of what mad that season great.
I'm pretty much just a big ol' ball o' squee with this one. Maybe I'll say something intelligent later. *g*
A lot of people said they didn't guess that Rose's warning was Bad Wolf Really? With the Bad Wolf music coming on every time she showed up? It makes sense -- what else could Rose say, what message could she pass on, that would have the most meaning that something was going very, very wrong. Her name isn't enough, so it had to be bad wolf.
Maybe I'll say something intelligent later. Hee. I couldn't say anything, just transcribe. I was just "omg! awesome! I love these two! Let me rewatch this scene nine times so I get the dialogue right." I had no commentary to offer at all, really. Good one, Rusty!
I know! People were thinking that the two words were Rose Tyler...which would have been an odd way of phrasing it, to me. Names don't equal words to me. They're names. It's different. *g*
Oh! And can I just say how awesome Gramps is. Love.
HOORAY! I loved that vastly. It was made of awesome and fantastic with sparkly sprinkles of excellence. Well done, Rusty! I forgive you for last week. Hee! Same here! I need to re-watch it asap!
I think it took me two full hours to watch this, because I kept going back to replay scenes over and over. And, honestly, I had nothing clever or interesting to say, or add to this, all I wanted to do was transcribe my favorite bits. I just enjoyed the hell out of this. Awesome stuff.
Well I was watching it 'live' and so wasn't able to pause it, but I have a feeling I will once I re-watch. By now I have a couple of *tiny* thoughts, but that's all - still rather blown away.
Oh - and re last week's ep, then rosa_acicularis wrote a short fic (about all the humans) that I really enjoyed. ('Six people, six stories, six seconds. Six voices, and the evil that men do.') I think you might like it.
I've been chewing on it all week, and I'll probably listen to it at work today. I think for the next couple eps, I'm going to watch first, and then commentate, because I was just too 'zomg' to really offer any thoughts at all at the time of watching.
Oh, and thank you for the fic recs, I'm planning on reading them today.

I have all my fingers crossed that Rusty doesn't screw the pooch on the next couple eps.
