I seem to be sort of completely smitten with David Tennant. Like, a lot. Like I spent three days watching Blackpool just to cap the David Tennant parts (*coughherecough ( Read more... )

Dude, when he's eating the ice cream in Blackpool? I, um, may have watched it rather a lot. (Hi!)

Ohh, the ice cream. I have such love for the ice cream. I may have watched that a lot a few times, as well. The whole series was just David Tennant Oral Fixation-tastic.

(Howdy!)

bored stupid by the Jaffa

ZOMG, I've been bored stupid by the Jaffa for years.

I'm overflowing with the Blackpool!Tennant lurve, and I'm fine with him being the Doctor now, but Eccleston was my first Doctor, and you never forget your first....

Why do they keep tormenting us with the Jaffa? It's almost cruel.

I think he'll be a fantastic Doctor, but, yeah, Eccleston's is a hard Doctor to top. He was so pefect, imo, to be the one to bring the Doctor back to life after so many years.

meaning they're both like, rawr.
They totally and completely are. Seriously, it nearly did my head in for the Doctor to be teh sex. But now? Guh! I can't wait for the next series.

thankyouverymuch!
hee. you're welcome. I'm all about the enabling. The new series is just so much fun, it must be shared, yes.

You know, that's a good question. I don't know. As much as I like "Rose" now, I was sort of iffy about it the first time I saw it. What about "The End of the World" or if she's a fan of the old series, maybe "Dalek"? Though, if TCI worked for you, and you think it would work for your friend, it's not a bad way to go. I think the only problem with TCI is that the Doctor is in it so little. Well, awake for so little.

I'm loving that Skiffy picked it up for the Sci Friday night during the hiatus. That is just love. And with that and then the next season airing at the same time seperately, I may just go into DW overload.
