after i picked up my sister from the airport
(i have impeccable timing, can i just say?
took me exactly 45 minutes to get from our gate to NAIA 3 bay 5),
we went to the supermarket, and bid our farewell:
this is all i'll be eating for the next month or so. :)
no man-made carbs,
no mixing proteisn in one meal,
every meal 5 hours apart at the minimum.
i've done it before, and i'm telling you, it's not so bad.
here's to losing a little more than 10% of current weight - before my birthday.
abs = my gift to self when i celebrate twenty-eight. :p
but really, i've been eating too much junk and feeling so bloated,
a reset is so in order. :)
i spotted these little packets of McCormick
pre-measured spices that come with a recipe card at the back.
Genius!!!
and before i get down to business today i prepped a package
for the smart girl who once told me, "ang sakit sa bangs!"
she is so quotable and she doesn't even know it! :)

sometimes business gets in the way! :)
and i just had my lunch=equal parts protein and veggies.
asparagus is prettier when left alone, i know, like tiny green bamboo
but i had to chop it up because it's easier to cook that way
and i'm in a hurry to get to work
i also know i have to work on my plating skills,
but it tastes just fine. :)
p.s. did you notice--
asparagus makes your pee smell weird. a little nutty. :p
