You know what I think a lot of modern video games, especially RPGs, are missing?

Dramatic battle music.

Sure, a lot of them have great music for fighting, but it lacks urgency. Think back to the Pokemon Red and Blue days or go youtube the battle theme. Even if it was just trivial grinding, the music made that shit serious business. I dunno, maybe ( Read more... )
