SO!
I've been kinda distracted with the
Advanced Race Guide. As supplements go it's kinda great...with a grain of salt.
I've kinda retaken to me exercise regime with gusto. Day before yesterday I decided to lift some weights, which is kinda blagh as is...until I grabbed the two 5 pounders and did a couple reps of squats. OW. OW.
So after that I looked outside and the rain let up mostly...so I think to myself "This seems like a divine mandate, should I go biking?"
The rain starts coming back down as I hit the commons. For the next hour it goes from pounding to misting to everything in-between. Seriously, I'm starting to think only Halifax can rain this hard :D
So yeah >.> Yesterday I took it a tad easy and only biked downtown but today....today I went back to the oval.
Because I hate myself that much >.> My legs...there are no words....ow...they don't really walk good...
SO! While I'm recovering I'm working on converting a Mul (FANTASTIC half-dwarf things, from Dark Sun :P ) for Pathfinder rules for this nasty little two-weapon heavy pick fighter.
Which is a terribly slow process since everything is distracting >.< Especially Netflix.
I'm kinda on this Two-weapon fighter kick. Just not really enjoying other classes, but that's fine. I guess >.>
OH! I've also started my infamous troll campaign which is going amazingly! :D The basic idea behind it is that Trolls have taken over the world. Think zombie apocalypse with Trolls. I've found every troll variant from 3.5 to Pathfinder fan-supplement and have given them rolls under the leadership of troll with 20 class levels. Because, um, easy mode is for pussies. I've kinda designed it to be the most epically hard adventure path ever. Which is hilarious because right now the PCs are just kinda cruising their the adventures and dungeons laughing their asses off. See, I've decided to do something strange (At least it seemed unique to me) where they play through the backstory and the event prior to the world being overrun by trolls. So right now they're enjoying all the benefits from the beefy house rules I've made for them (Extra Stat increases, more gold, etc) while the dungeons are still at a normal difficulty.
Soon though, they'll be facing Trolls riding Hydras. (For those D&D nerds, it's a Troll Fighter 2 with a Hydra with the Warbeast template from the Monster Manual II).
I can't wait, it's gonna be awesome :D Oh. And no one in the group rolled a healer.
Anyway, back to the character creation.
