As soon as the captain of that ship jumped overboard they should've unloaded on the pirate's boat. Especially because they began shooting.
That, and now that I've heard more ships are converging on the area. I would consider this to be a turkey shoot.
Our navy was founded because of piracy and it was their duty to protect our merchant ships. They're not doing that now and it's absolutely pathetic. Pirates are pirates and they are to be destroyed. No if's, and's or but's about it.
