I am Iron Man. Well not really, but I got to see it last night. And I was definitely pleased with the results. It was exactly the movie I was hoping for. The action was great, the effects were well done (a man made out of metal really lends itself well to CG), and the entire cast was great. Apparently, German Tax laws allowed you to invest in films, whether foreign or domestic, and if the movie tanks, you'd be able to write off the investment on your taxes. Which explains how Uwe Boll kept being able to take video game franchises and run them into the ground ( Read more... )
