I'm sure they glad they cleared that up with "of 2003" becasuse i'm sure people might be thinking it was like 1903 since no one had any power. my favorite part about this whole disaster is how everybody made a big concern about how no one had any air conditioing. ok...should that really be our biggest concern? what about having no water pressure? or power in hospitals...or even traffic lights? no....all the news reporters made the biggest concern about people getting too hot. now, i ask everyone that got overheated and too hot to come and live at my house when it's 100 degrees and above for a whole week.
i also liked how everyone waited in miles of traffic, just to get gas. do you think if they waited two days, that there would be no lines???
having no power was no real change. i didn't miss the computer at all, and i don't really watch a lot of television. the only thing that really sucked was having "unsafe" water. i just hope the water concedren is ove by tomorrow for band camp.....
speaking of band camp.....is everyone ready for summer to end? i'm sure not, but i thinking this year will be fun. everone just remember to bring water and shoes, and if you're a drummer, come around 7:30 to warm up
- later y'all -
