So! LJ's going to go down for four hours for maintenance (check
status.livejournal for updates through the downtime, so
lj_maintenance tells us.
ETA:
LOL! LJ rigged it so there would be no downtime!
At any rate, the
Mangahelpers' post on the new Reborn Chapter (that'd be 216) should still be up, if you need a Reborn fix to last you through the downtime
(

I'll check that Reborn chapter~

I think so? And yeah, you can just waltz over here, I'm right down the street! Since it's probably warm in S'pore, how would you like to see snow? We got some yesterday. *muffled swearing from this corner*

IT FEELS THE SAME TO ME D8
SO I COULD ♥
WE COULD TRADE COUNTRIES. BUT I HAVE TO GO TO THE ONE WITH YOU IN IT.
I saw your sister's post! ;) WE WOULD LIKE SOME OF YOUR SNOW.

Yes, I can understand that you might have some intellectual curiosity as regards snow, but I assure you, this is because you have been misled by Hollywood Christmas movies. (Actually no, I do like snow. I just like it in DECEMBER. Not October!)

also GreatestJournal's servers are overloaded, ROFL! Probably the LIFE BOATS FROM LJ GOING DOWN.
also the GJ site tells you "Maybe join insanejournal"? XD

xDDDD!!! I assure you this is not true! I have practical experience re. snow: remember I lived in London for years? Contending with slushy streets (IMHO THIS IS THE WORST)! Melting snow! THE COLD! (although I know, you live in Canada, you have a whole new definition of cold over there)
It also snowed in Japan when I was there last year, so it is not entirey academic ;)
I just like it in DECEMBER. Not October!
This also describes the way I feel about Christmas decorations. I SAW SOME IN AUSTRALIA IN SEPTEMBER HOW AWFUL IS THAT?

1:00 - Gokudera frowned. Where was the Tenth?
1:01 - "Gokudera-kun!"
1:05 - He spun around. Tsuna was jogging up to him with that radiant yet unconscious smile that always made Gokudera's stomach do backflips, and he couldn't help but relax.
Etc.
I think maybe you mentioned that and I forgot it... I'm sorry ^^; Although I disagree - freezing rain is the worst because it's actually dangerous.
Seriously?! They didn't even have the decency to wait until the day after Halloween? That's ridiculous :/

I have yet to read a Twitter update post that I found GENUINELY FASCINATING AND INFORMATIVE. At least you can say more for MSN convo logs.
UNTIL YOURS, OF COURSE. SAD TO SAY IF YOU WROTE GOKUDERA AND TSUNA ON TWITTER I WOULD GO AND MAKE AN ACCOUNT TO FOLLOW YOU.

Of course you win, dearheart. ♥ ALWAYS!
Oh well if I can make you happy with one random off-the-cuff sentence
You also make me happy just by being you. ♥ We agree on a lot of things that are very important to me: i.e. Turner prizes and crap art, early Christmas decorations, and Luke.
It's bad enough that you get hurt because of me! You shouldn't have to pay for things like that on top of it!"
TSUNA SO CUUUUTE ♥ you! you make me want to go and properly write you fic. ALTHOUGH I WOULD FEEL ASHAMED SAYING "HERE ADI THE TWILIGHT!REBORN FIC FOR YOU" XDDDD
No, freezing rain is water that freezes when it hits the ground. A few years ago there was actually a pretty major catastrophe because so much of it stuck to the power lines that they got too heavy, broke, and put half the province in the cold and dark in the middle of winter.THAT - THAT'S CRAZY! The place where you live is a... ( ... )

The same kind of physics that allows teleporting particles. XD It's the only time I recall a problem of that caliber, though I still do get nervous when freezing rain comes down. If nothing else, it's scary to walk or drive on...
It was pretty nasty, but my family got off lightly (after a day or two without heat we stayed at the house of someone my father knows.) There was a whole region of people who were without power for three weeks, which really isn't funny in Quebec.
I know right! And in fact I actually saw some Christmas lights this evening. Christmas is supposed to be twelve days, not two whole months! OTL

The cold is not really that bad since everyone dresses warm and has heating, and aside from walking to the bus, most of the day is spent inside anyway. Although I can remember some epic times too XD (below -30 C!)

(unless it's a DAYLIGHT SAVINGS THING).
I TRIED TO GO TO MY BACKUP, IT WAS OVERLOADED. XDDDDDDDD
-30 DEGREES 0___0 This reminds me of my early days on LJ when I met my first LJ-friend from Canada. She said, "Oh, only if it gets down to -30 do we complain... or when we need to start shoveling ourselves out from our houses."
It was then I discovered that my perception of cold was manifestly inadequate.
I saw a lady today, as I was on my way to work, in a sweater in what must have been 26 degrees Celsius early-morning weather. We call this 'cool'. (It stormed and rained early this morning)

Time to find a backup for your backup~
26 degrees Celsius? That's summer weather! People here strip to T-shirts and shorts way before that XD;

DEFINITELY TIME TO FIND A BACKUP FOR MY BACKUP.
... but I HATE INSANE JOURNAL :(((( TIME TO FIND A WORDPRESS BLOG?
... :(( ew I still don't want anything BUT LJ.
I KNOW XDXDXDXD But then it is the tropics, and all the rules are different here? People run indoors, grab hats and hide from the sun when the sunlight comes. And we wear scarves and jackets in 16-18 degree Celsius AIR CONDITIONING.
