Honestly, I can't think of any situation where somebody would want their food to actually be on fire... shouldn't you have at least double-checked before doing something that dangerous?

I have been reading up on proper flambe procedure using the books in the library. I simply thought I hadn't yet reached the articles on scrambled eggs ignited in alcohol.
