my mom is a jerk
*sighs* well last night i thought about her at one point and thought ' ya know i havent texted her in a while...' so i sent her a simple text saying "i love you mom" cuz i thought that that would make her happy..
so she calls me just now saying 'is something wrong? are you ok?' and i let her know im fine and she is weary for a sec but gives in.
it sounds like she has run out of things to say and wants to get off the phone but i realize we havent talked in forever and so i wanna tell her a little about my life...
so im like 'guess what?' and she sighs and growls 'what?'
me:'i got a laptop *smiles*'
her: '...and how did you get that?'
me:' heh, well someone bought it for me actually...'
Her: *pause* 'who?'
me: '*chuckles* well, someone very special,, heh i dunno how to explain it but-'
her: ' Ya know what i dont want you to explain it. is this some internet thing?'
me: ' well, what? no, not really...'
her: 'well what are you going to do on this laptop, handstands?'
me: *quietly*' ha..ha..'
her: *mockingly* 'haha'
theres a pause and then she goes 'well you know that when someone gets you something you have to get them something in return, correct?!'
me: *thinking over the situation* ' no...not necessarily, i-'
her: ' OH whatever cass, youre living in a fuckin fantasy world if you think thats the case-' me: *sighs* mom, nvm.. '
her: 'oh what, now ya cant tell mom?'
me: just nevermind, sorry- '
her: ' yeah you are living in a god damn fantasy world if you think-'
me: mom...im gonna go..'
her:'that's not how it goes..'

i wanted to get to the part where i am thinking about college (yeah, btw ppl, im thinking about college). but didnt even get a chance. i just got mocked and scolded. i dont understand.
